We will learn more about you through questions during sessions about your life, concerns you wish to address, and background.
The answers you provide will help us determine what plan suits best for you such as Islamic integrated counseling or coaching classes
A specific plan will be created according to your unique situation
Usually, 8-12 sessions are recommended. You will meet with your coach weekly.
After Assessment
Payment is expected before you start your sessions
During sessions, your coach or counselor will break down each problem that you want to discuss into parts to achieve positive results. This process will help you learn about your thought patterns, negative emotions, and behaviors that need to change.
Each session will focus on bringing awareness to your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors to find out if they are rational or irrational and how they affect you
During a session, you will learn ways to challenge and change irrational, unrealistic, or negative thinking pattern (NTP) that is destructive or become an obstacle in the path of self-development
Feedback will be provided for future progress
A final evaluation will be conducted at the end of the program for the future direction

What is expected of you
The client is required to work with the coach or counselor to set short-term and long-term goals for himself/herself
Take full responsibility for working on strategies between sessions and practice the coping skills and techniques that are discussed
These tasks will be designed to add a challenge for a client that will help him/her modify her behavior.
Working with a coach or counselor is a collaborative relationship that encourages the client to take responsibility for their success
