This training will teach you strategies to be flexible and adapt well in the face of adversity, trauma, threats, or significant sources of stress — such as family and relationship problems, serious health problems, or workplace and other stressors

In this course, you will find a wealth of information, exercises, psychoeducational takeaways, and videos that can easily be used and applied to your daily life. A psychological tool will be provided that empowers us to feel effective and capable of handling uncertainty.
